"My favorite new release of this week was the new volume in Synthphony Record's new "Remixed!"
series. This one features exclusive remixes of many cool songs, all mixed by Brazil's
synthpop guru Freddy Hajas. Aside from having new versions of songs by bands like Droom,
Virtual Server, The Dignity of Labour, Distain!, Tristraum, Opium, Color Theory, etc. it
also features some pretty well established acts too, like Anything Box and Real Life.
Most of these tracks can't be found elsewhere, so it's a fun one to pick up, and
Freddy has a nice way of blending some classic synthpop elements into his mixes that sound
familiar yet refreshing."
